Oceanside Music Festival, Southern California

The 12th annual Oceanside Music Festival, OMFest, offers five concerts this year boasting a variety of music genre, showcasing both student and professional musicians from throughout Southern California. This year’s OMFest series opens October 5 and runs through October 20 featuring a wide range of concerts including Early Rock-n-Roll themed musical, as well as liturgical, choral, and classical music.

 Saturday, October 5, two performances, 1:00 pm and 7:00 pm of “Shake, Rattle, and Roll, or the Review That Saved Miss Primm’s Academy for Young Ladies” at The Brooks Theatre, 217 North Coast Highway, Oceanside, CA 92054.
Sunday, October 6, 1:00 pm, Choral Concert featuring Through the Storm and Tri-City Christian High School Singers at 1st Christian Church, 204 South Freeman Street, Oceanside, CA 92054.
Saturday, October 12, 7:00 pm, OMFest presents Robert Estrin in “Living Piano…A Journey Through Time” at 1st Presbyterian Church, 2001 South El Camino Real, Oceanside, CA 92054. Mr. Estrin will be holding a Master Class for advanced piano students the afternoon before the concert, and one or more of enrolled students will be selected to perform during this concert.
Saturday, October 19, 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm, OMFest presents Scholarship Gala and OCAF Honoree Reception at Oceanside Museum of Art, 704 Pier View Way, Oceanside, CA 92054.
Sunday, October 20, 2:00 pm, OMFest presents “Global Spirit” concert, featuring North Coast Youth Singers at St Mary Star of the Sea Church, 609 Pier View Way, Oceanside, CA 92054.
